This Accounting firm has a growing customer base, leading to a necessity for an improved and engaging customer experience. 

Identifying that they need a way to communicate with customers through any device, offering support at all points in the customer journey.

 

We implemented a Live Chat system, linked to a mobile app and their portal that can be used to engage directly with customers. 

This feature will only be available for their existing customer so they are able to provide focused support.

This can then be listed as a benefit of becoming a customer, providing any potential clients with the reassurance that they will be able to communicate effectively.

By utilising the Live Chat service, they are now able to provide a more personalised service, helping to retain and attract new customers.

As they collect more data from interacting with customers, this will only add to the great customer service they are able to provide.
