A large portion of customers were digitally active, however not very savvy with new e-commerce ordering for their daily essential needs.

To tackle these issues, we created the first in the industry Grocery Assistant.

This innovative solution was an intuitive, AI-powered Chatbot that engages with the shopper and simplifies grocery and daily essential ordering processes.

It was enabled across a number of channels including WhatsApp, Twitter & Facebook.

This solution created a means for this online and high-street retailer to engage with their customer, when and where they need to.

This has provided a more personalised and engaging experience for customers, allow them to build trusting and long-lasting relationships with their customers.
