AtomX Digital has achieved 8+ times revenue growth in the past FY and has ambitious plans in the next 1-3 years. We have recently launched a new service and are looking for a high performing Software Sales Director to help with expansion within the current client base and acquire new logos.
Should be a self-starter, with a creative mindset, and an ability to navigate through complex organisations, in order to progress sales deals. A proven track record of selling and growing accounts is a must.

Key responsibilities:

Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Understand and tailor AtomX propositions relevant within the target markets and customers

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Leverage social channels, relationships and network to push through AtomX propositions

Create proposals and effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations

Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Experience:
-
Proven senior sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Proven ability to drive the sales process end to end - from strategy to closure

Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products, services within software sales

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The right candidate would be offered a retainer, equity and a handsome commission plan.
