Key responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of digital excellence through a highly visible and practical application of both established and emerging technologies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and with a demonstrable ability to become a trusted advisor of senior technology stakeholders

• Demonstrate experience of driving large enterprises through digital and technology transformations

• Ability to consult on a wide range of digital and platform solutions and capabilities.

• Should be able to translate client requirements into technical designs and execution of either finished product or working prototypes.

• Conceptualise and deliver solutions on top of Adobe Experience Cloud with emphasis on AEM, Audience Manager, Campaign and Analytics.

• Strong understanding of architectural goals, operational integrity and security, and compliance with defined standards. Define accurate performance, scalability metrics and other non-functional parameters for all platform solutions.

• Ability to effectively communicate architectural constructs and technical designs to clients and internal stakeholders in simple, easy to understand terms.

• Ability to drive technical teams in solution development by reinforcing business requirements and technical designs.

• Understanding of current industry trends and forward-looking regarding technology adoption.

• Should be able to work as part of a highly agile, dedicated team, collaborating with team members and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Technical expertise:​

• Demonstrated ability to convey the core value proposition for numerous and varied technologies.

• Minimum 12 years of Information Technology experience with a demonstrated ability to architect and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

• Programming experience of key technology areas such as Java, JSP, SQL , XML, HTML, MVC, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, Java servlets, JEE, JavaScript and JSON.

• Extensive experience in enterprise application architectures, deployment, environment configuration and other non-functional concerns (scalability, performance, availability, reliability, security etc.).

• Well versed in a broad range of architectural patterns and styles (e.g. SOA, ESB, Message Driven Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, etc.).

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure to support enterprise solutions (eg. AWS, VMWare, Azure).

• Working knowledge of database architectures, data modeling, SQL, relational principles, eventual consistency non-relational approaches.

• Exposure of agile & planned iterative delivery techniques.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
